Log
onto https://my.reyrey.com (If you aren’t a registered
user, click on Not a User? Click Here to Register on the log on page. Follow the directions for registration).

First, you need to determine if someone in your dealership has already
established an administrative account -- most likely your web site/system
administrator or office manager. Once you have talked with your
dealership administrator, have them create a user account for you through the
User Administration module of my.reyrey.com.

Or, you can self-register by going to https://my.reyrey.com. On the login page, click on Not a User? Click Here to Register and follow the registration instructions for a Basic User.

NOTE: Basic Users are Reynolds systems customers who have access to RU Online and Online Support.

If an
administrative account has not been established, you or a designated employee,
needs to establish a my.reyrey.com Administrator account by completing the my.reyrey.com
Self-Registration process. Follow directions for completing the profile
and check the appropriate System Administrator box on the online user
registration profile form.

If you are a
registered my.reyrey.com user, log onto my.reyrey.com and click on Help. Under the my.reyrey.com Navigation, click on User Administration for the
directions and form to complete or you can click on Click Here for Admin Access on the login page.

If someone in your dealership has already established an administrative account -- most likely your web site/system administrator or office manager, ask them to set you up with the Purchaser access. Or, you can call 1-800-344-0996 and select the ReySource option or email ids_mktg@reyrey.com for free access to ReySource.

If someone in your dealership has already established an administrative account -- most likely your web site/system administrator or office manager, ask them to set you up with the Billing access. Or, you can contact the Customer Account Services (CAS) department (1.800.227.5020 or CustomerAccountServices@reyrey.com) to request free access rights to view your Reynolds and Reynolds invoices and account statement information.

Here
are several reasons that could be happening:
-
Make sure
you are a registered my.reyrey.com user -- talk to your my.reyrey.com
Administrator
-
After three
consecutive unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be automatically
deactivated. It will need to be unlocked in order to be able to log back into
the system successfully. Please contact your my.reyrey.com.com Administrator to
unlock your account.
-
If there has
been no activity on your account for 180 consecutive days, it will
automatically be made inactive. Contact your my.reyrey.com.com Administrator to
have them “enable” your user name.
If
you still cannot access my.reyrey.com, contact the Reynolds and
Reynolds Technical Assistance Center.

If
you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot
Your Password" prompt in the login screen to create
a new password. You must know your username and have a security question
set up in your profile to use this prompt. If not please contact
the Reynolds Technical Assistance Center.

On the log-in screen, click on “Forgot Your Password”.
-
You will be
prompted to enter your user name (even if you have already entered it in the username field). Click Enter.
-
You will be
prompted for the answer to your security question. (If not please contact the Reynolds
Technical Assistance Center). Click Enter.

Upon providing
the correct answer, you will be prompt to change and verify your new password. (Passwords
must be a minimum of 6 characters). Click Enter.

You will
receive the message “Your password has been changed”. Click Continue.

To
access Reynolds University (RU) Online, log into my.reyrey.com and access
hundreds of classes with about half free with your monthly support fees as
part of my.reyrey.com.
If you're not a RU Online user, here's how to become one:
Simply log onto https://my.reyrey.com,
click on Not a User? Click Here to Register. Follow the simple
directions for registration as a basic user. You will be able to access Reynolds University training in about an hour. The system is creating your tailored training plan personalized to your job role, your dealership franchises, and Reynolds applications in your dealership.

Reynolds has taken steps that are beyond most security measures for a
portal-type application. For instance:
- All
usernames must be unique -- not one my.reyrey.com user can have the same
username across the entire Reynolds my.reyrey.com user base

Passwords must
be at least 6 characters
-
Applications
will automatically time-out after four hours to protect sensitive information
-
Centralized
administration through your my.reyrey.com administrator
-
Set
screensavers to run after 15 minutes of inactivity
-
Password
protect desktop screensavers
-
Assign
unique usernames and passwords for my.reyrey.com -- do not use a single
username and password for entire dealership population. You will
not be able to track training completion unless employees have unique
user ids

Safeguard the
security, confidentiality, and integrity of this web site and the information
that it contains
-
Educate users
in appropriate uses
-
If you believe
that security has been compromised, change passwords of users in your
dealership

- Recommended
screen resolution is 1024 x 768.
- Microsoft
Internet Explorer 5.x and above is required to view content within portal.
- All content
screens will be formatted to print one page wide by 1 to many pages long.
- To view and
manage Adobe Acrobat PDF files, please download latest version of Adobe Acrobat
Reader. There is a link to a free software download at the bottom of each page
in the Online Support section.
